Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to Fronotalk support immediately.
Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees as per the agreed billing cycle.
Failure to make timely payments may lead to suspension or termination of account access.
Data Protection
Users are required to obtain appropriate consent from end-users before sending messages via WhatsApp.
Users must also comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
Compliance with Meta Policies
Continued access to the WhatsApp Business API via Fronotalk requires full adherence to Meta’s rules and policies.
Violations may result in restricted access, account suspension, or permanent termination of API services.
